I understand and agree that all volunteers represent the OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop and they are responsible to follow the rules and procedures that are in place for their my own safety and the safety of others.

I understand that volunteers will be asked to show proof of COVID vaccination before working a shift. The information will be recorded and kept in a private, secure place.

I understand volunteers do a variety of tasks including receiving, sorting, organizing and handling merchandise, keeping the shop clean and inviting, and working with the public and/or other volunteers.

I understand and agree there may be risks involved in these tasks and release the OSU Thrift Shop from any liability, loss, claims or damages arising from my participation.
