Community Grants

The Corvallis Community Thrift Shop allocates funds to nonprofit (tax status 501c3) organizations that contribute to the betterment of Benton County communities.

90 years supporting our community

Since 1930 the OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop has awarded scholarships benefiting students attending Oregon State University, and has also allocated grants to nonprofits in Benton County to contribute to the betterment of the community.

Community grants are made possible by proceeds from the Corvallis Community Thrift Shop and by donations from individuals or organizations. Contact us to learn more about how your donations can make an impact on local student sand Benton County 501(c)(3) organizations.

Grant Application

Applications are solicited in summer with a deadline in late August. Applications will be available through a link on this website when the next grant cycle begins. Grants are awarded in late September. For additional information email thriftshopgrants@gmail.com.

Failure to submit the Grant Evaluation Form disqualifies applicants from being awarded a grant in the subsequent year

All grant moneys must be used for the stated purpose by April 1. Any money remaining must be returned to the Corvallis Community Thrift Shop.
